Creating Fantasy Maps with Inkarnate: A Look at My Mountain Resort Town

If you love making fantasy maps, Inkarnate.com is an incredible tool that brings your worlds to life. I’ve been using it on and off, mainly as a source of inspiration for my storytelling. Right now, I’m working on a fantasy horror adventure (title pending), set in the mountain resort town of Modesti—a place that’s been living in my head for months.

To fully visualize the town’s layout, I finally put it down on a map.

Of course, it's not nearly done yet. Still to be added are street names, landmarks, and finer details to bring Modesti to life. Now, all that’s left is to drop my characters in and see how the story unfolds.
